Payment can be made fully upfront or after the sketch (full payment required before finishing),
As for the sketch payment would be after i send half of the sketch.
Refund won't be allowed the moment I start the coloring.★TATTurn around time depends on complexity and my schedule but it's between 3 days to 3 weeks.
I provide a commission queue.
